Neueste Unternehmensnachrichten über Cleaning and Maintaining the Mold of a floating fish feed extruder machine

Part One: 1. Personnel Protection Standards: Operators must wear high-temperature resistant gloves, protective masks, non-slip shoes, and cut-resistant gloves. Minors and untrained personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the machine. During cleaning, never touch the high-temperature mold head or sharp parts directly with your hands to avoid burns and cuts.
2. Floating Fish Food Manufacturing Extruder Machine Operation Standards: Before cleaning, the machine must be stopped and power disconnected, and warning signs must be displayed to ensure the equipment is without power and without material running. The mold head must be cooled sufficiently (normally below 50℃; in emergencies, protective equipment must be worn). High-temperature cleaning is strictly prohibited. When disassembling and installing the mold head, follow the standard procedures to avoid excessive force or improper operation that could deform the mold head or damage parts.
3. Cleaning Tool Standards: The use of hard-bristled brushes, metal scrapers, metal wires, and strong corrosive cleaning agents is strictly prohibited to avoid damaging the mold head material, scratching the surface, or enlarging the aperture. Cleaning tools must be inspected and replaced regularly to ensure they are intact and undamaged. Clean tools promptly after cleaning to prevent stains that could affect future use.

Part Two: Post-Cleaning Maintenance to Extend the Lifespan of Floating Fish Food Pellet Manufacturing Machine Dies

Post-cleaning maintenance is crucial for reducing subsequent cleaning malfunctions and extending the lifespan of the die head. It should follow the principle of "inspection-drying-protection," and is highly practical. First, post-cleaning inspection: After cleaning, inspect each part of the mold head, mold core, mold plate, and sealing gasket to ensure there is no material residue, stains, or damage, and that the mold head orifice is unobstructed and undeformed. Check the integrity of bolts and clips; if any are loose or rusty, tighten them, remove rust, or replace them immediately. Second, drying treatment: All cleaned parts must be placed in a clean, ventilated, and dry place to air dry naturally (or wiped dry with a clean cloth). Do not install or use parts that are not completely dry, as residual moisture can cause the mold head to rust, breed bacteria, and affect the quality of fish feed. Third, protective treatment: After drying, apply a small amount of high-temperature resistant lubricating oil (or rust-preventive oil) to the surface of the mold head, the inner wall of the mold head orifice, and the surface of the sealing gasket to form a protective layer, preventing the mold head from rusting and oxidizing, while also reducing the adhesion of subsequent materials and facilitating the next cleaning. If the sealing gasket has slight wear, apply a small amount of high-temperature sealant to enhance the sealing effect and extend its service life.

Part Three: Long-Term Protection System – Reducing Cleaning Frequency and Failure Rate at the Source

Establishing a long-term protection system starts with daily operation and fish meal processing machine maintenance to reduce mold head clogging and staining at the source, thereby reducing cleaning frequency and ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

This aligns with the timeliness and practicality requirements of the EEAT algorithm. First, daily operating procedures: After production, immediately perform a simple cleaning of the extruder head (removing loose residue from the surface and orifices) to prevent hardening and adhesion of residue; perform thorough cleaning regularly (once a week for small models, once every 3 days for medium models, and once a day for large models), adjusting the cleaning frequency according to production intensity; Second, raw material control: Strictly screen fish feed raw materials, removing impurities and hard lumps to prevent impurities from entering the extruder head, clogging the orifices, and damaging the extruder head; control the moisture and viscosity of the raw materials to prevent them from being too viscous, which could cause adhesion to the extruder head; Third, personnel training: Regularly provide professional training to operators and maintenance personnel to ensure they are proficient in cleaning methods, safety precautions, and maintenance techniques for different extruder head models, improving their practical skills and safety awareness, and reducing extruder head damage and incomplete cleaning caused by improper operation; Fourth, spare parts inventory: Stock up on commonly used fish food extruders in advance. Machine mold head accessories (mold plates, gaskets, bolts) and cleaning tools and cleaning agents are provided to address sudden mold head damage and cleaning needs, shorten repair and cleaning time, avoid affecting production schedules, and enhance the professionalism and practicality of product pages, thereby improving Google indexing and traffic.
